This helmet made by Al-Hamdd Trading Post is based off a find at Koblenz in Germany. The helmet dates to approximately 380 AD although helmets of this construction were in use from the late 4th-late 6th century. It differs from the earlier Berkasovo, Deurne, and Burgh castle helmets in that it has a two-piece bowl construction like the Intercisa Helmets, but with the same style of Cheekpieces. The Koblenz helmets also had ear guards, which also appear in art in the late 4th-late 6th centuries. CENTURION'S CHOICE!
