Please read all policies and information below before ordering.  By registering at SOTW and/or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these SOTW Policies and Procedures.  The Pandemic has seriously affected delivery times and stock availability, so check with us before you order!  Thanks!!

 

Orders are filled on an a date received order and basis, no refunds are generally granted.  Store Credit may be issued at the discretion of SOTW.

   

International Orders: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL US!!  Anything outside of the Continental USA is considered International Shipping.  To keep the transactions secure, we will only accept Paypal for payment, Credit Cards, or CLEARED checks and money orders.  International Bank Checks must also clear (we had one not pay... supposedly impossible, but fool me once...).  The buyer is to pay all shipping, customs, taxes, duties, and insurance charges and assumes all risk of delivery. We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS International shipments for insurance and tracking issues.  They cost more, but they get the product there.  International Orders are shipped "FOB"or Free on Board meaning that we pay shipping charges to the port of export, and the consignee (reciever... ie: YOU) pays actual shipping to the final destination "collect" including duties, VAT, brokerage fees, etc.  In short, expect a bill when it arrives. This insures you pay only true shipping, with no bogus handling fees or such!  Please ask questions before ordering, asyou will be expected to pay any and all return shipping.  Returns for any reason besides defective merchandise and/or delivery refusals will be returned to SOTW at the buyers expense and shipping will not be refunded.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers for domestic delivery should expect a 7-21 day delivery time for IN STOCK items.  Email for in stock availability.  Custom items can take 6-8 weeks or in some cases more due to the custom nature of our work!  We cannot guarantee delivery of custom items (we will not rush perfection) but we will try to meet your event dates whenever possible.  Custom items cannot be cancelled once parts are ordered (see custom items below). 

 

Shipping Info and Backorder Contacts: Customers should check on backordered items at least once every 30 days to 90 days and should not wait more than 90 days to inquire about shipping and delivery as UPS tracking numbers expire after 90 days.  Shipments that were made and "lost" that are reported more than 90 days after the order or shipment date (whichever is later) will not be replaced or refunded.  This is because after that 90 days, SOTW can neither confirm or deny delivery, only that we shipped it, so we must ask the customer to take a bit of responsibility here.  Lost orders can take as long as SIX months to be returned to SOTW if they are found, the result being an extreme delay in your order.  We have had lost orders show up six months later and the customer never notified us the shipment did not arrive after the UPS notice was sent.  Calling us a year after the order to complain leaves us no recourse with the shipping companies, whose contractual obligations expire after 90 days. We do send shipment notices, but find that they are very often caught by your SPAM filters.  Please be sure to allow emailed shipment notices from UPS.com as well as soulofthewarrior.com and rustyspaintballgear.com email addresses.  We recommend that you check in with us every 30 days for backorders.  We understand that delays are frustrating and we hate backorders even more than you, but we cannot have folks demanding a new product or second shipment two years later when the only proof of shipment we can get is our notes that the : Item Shipped XX Date-UPS).

 

Standard Ground Shipping.  Standard Ship Items sent by Standard Ground Shipping will typically arrive within three to twelve business days after leaving the warehouse. Most in stock orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Custom items ship as soon as they are manufactured.

Second Day Air Shipping.  The delivery of Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to 2nd Day Air Shipping. Your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST to receive your item in two business days and the item MUST be in stock (contact RPG to check in stock status). Items shipped using the Two Day Air Shipping method usually arrive two business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Overnight Shipping. The delivery of some Standard Ship Items can be upgraded to Overnight Shipping. Your order must be placed by 12:00 p.m. EST to receive your item in one business day and the item must be in stock. Usually, Overnight Items arrive in one business day after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 24-48 hours on business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Customs. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please note, when placing your order with SOTW, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  Seizures are the buyers liability, NOT SOTW.  There are 195 countries int he world, and we cannnot keep track of all their laws and issues. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance, orders containing Paintballs, Airsoft, Boxing Gear, and Martial Arts will generally be listed by their proper name.  For the THIRD TIME: You are responsible for local laws and regulations!  SOTW has shipped to Englad, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, Poland, Russia and others with no customs problems, France has anti-paintball laws and we cannot ship paintball products to France (they also have at least one paintball thief).  Seizures are the responsibility of the person who placed the order. (Fourth time!) Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As the shipper, SOTW cannot modify, add or delete information regarding the products in a shipment or their cost. This information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

An Additional note on foreign customs.  We cannot explain why some countries take months, and some take hours.  Order delays incurred by customs are not the fault of SOTW, as we pack and note everything properly or the shippers will not even accept it.  Please do get angry with us over your country's custom system, as we had nothing to do with it being done that way.  Tracking stuff in foreign systems is nearly impossible, so often we will only be able to tell you it has "Entered foreign customs at XX date".  Items that are returned by foreign customs after repeated delivery attempts will require additional re-shipping fees to be sent again, as we get hit for the original shipping, return fees, and re-shipping fees.  This can get exhorbitantly high!  Buyer is liable for all customs issues and assumes all risk of delivery.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.  SOTW Blades are shipped UNSHARPENED.

Replica Gun Laws.  Replica gun laws vary.  We will not ship to areas where the sale of gun replicas is restricted. Ultimate responsibility for the package passes to you on shipment, please review local gun laws in your area.

 

PHOTOS:  Unless specifically mentioned in the written portion of each item, all photos are for advertising and sale of ONE item as named in the text.  Other items used as props are NOT included in the price.  Any questions should be addressed prior to ordering!

Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us. customerservice@soulofthewarrior.com


Returns:  When emailing about a return please include: order number, name and billing address & zip code.  Returns are at the discretion of SOTW.  Used status will be decided by RPG/SOTW.

 

1. ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED TO RPG/SOTW. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash. Paintballs are not accepted for return under any circumstances. Custom made items CANNOT be returned.

2. ALL ITEMS RETURNED TO RPG FOR ANY REASON ARE SUBJECT to up to a 35% RESTOCKING FEE. 

3. Return authorization numbers must be obtained from RPG, for all items that are being returned for any reason. Products that are sent to RPG without a valid return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. 

4. Freight associated with returns for any reason is strictly the responsibility of the sender. FREIGHT PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

5. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days of the original invoice ship date.  If a package is damaged, immediately notify your shipper.

6. Products that are returned that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense. If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense. 

7. RA #s are only valid for 7 days from issue date. After receiving your RA number you must send it item to us immediately. Any items received with an expired RA number will be returned at senders expense.

8. All paintball guns carried at RPG come with a factory warrantee that ranges from 3 months to 18months. Any damaged/broken paintball guns need to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer of the gun.

9. There are no returns on SOTW/ RPG plans and parts kits. Due to ability to copy the plans and or acquire parts for yourself, we do not accept returns on plans or parts kits at all. Plans are sold for use by one person to build one launcher, and are protected by copyrights. Infringement of which will be prosecuted. Once again there are NO returns on parts and plans once received.

10. Custom work takes time. SOTW/RPG does not keep all its custom guns and weapons in stock, and we generally require 4-6 weeks for all custom gun and launcher orders, as well as 6-8 weeks for larger guns and complicated custom orders. We do not rush orders, as we believe QUALITY is more important than QUANTITY. While we do our best to meet target dates and such, we cannot and will not guarantee work will be shipped before it is properly finished. We ask your understanding. Once parts are ordered for any custom system, no refund is possible. It may seem extreme, but each RPG/SOTW system is a work of hand made art in and of itself. We create some of the most accurate milsim guns in the world, and you will love it when it arrives. We will not sacrifice quality for speed. If you want it tomorrow, order a Tippmann from a national company. If you want it to look awesome and be a work of milsim art, order from us.

11. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. You must have an RA number and a reason for return.  Shipping and PAYPAL fees are not refundable.  Refunds on custom orders or orders over 90 days old are not available.  Depending on where the order is in the supply and manufacturing chain, we may be able to issue store credit or change your order to in stock merchandise.  

These policies may sound harsh, but SOTW is essentially a cottage industry of skilled artisans/craftsmen working as hard as possible. Expecting us to ship as quickly as a national chain is unrealistic and really unfair. Remember our motto, we are slow, but when it arrives you will say WOW!!!!

 

Order Cancellation.  Order cancellation is at the discretion of SOTW.  On custom orders, once we have ordered the parts (usually within 24 hours), the order cannot be cancelled.  We strive to work with our clients, especially when there are delays, but ultimate cancellation permission must come from the SOTW Cancellation Department. info@soulofthewarrior.com A seizure by customs IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A CHARGEBACK, DISPUTE, CANCELLATION, OR REFUND.  Buyer is liable for all customs rules and assumes all risk of delivery. (Sixth time)

 

Terms of Use.  Terms & Conditions. This Terms of Use agreement ("TOU") sets forth the terms, conditions and guidelines for use of the Soul of the Warrior .com website (the "Site") and the services offered on it. This TOU constitutes a legally binding contract between the user ("you"), on the one hand, and Soul of the Warrior .com and its suppliers and providers, (collectively "we" or "us"), on the other hand. Please read this TOU carefully before using the Site or activating an account with us. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this TOU, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms, conditions and guidelines.

Privacy.  Soul of the Warrior .com's use of your personal information collected on the Site is governed by the terms of the Soul of the Warrior .com Privacy Policy. The Soul of the Warrior .com Privacy Policy sets forth our sole obligations with respect to user data and privacy.


Children: While Soul of the Warrior .com cannot prevent children under 13 from viewing the Site, children under the age of 13 may not use or register for the services offered on the Site or purchase merchandise through the Site. Soul of the Warrior .com strongly encourages parents and guardians to supervise the Internet activity of all children under the age of 18.


Trademarks Soul of the Warrior , Soul of the Warrior .com, and the Soul of the Warrior logo are registered trademarks of Soul of the Warrior .com. Other marks, graphics, typefaces, trade names and logos appearing on the Site are trademarks or trade dress of Soul of the Warrior .com. and all rights are reserved. You may not make any use of such trademarks or trade dress without Soul of the Warrior .com's permission. Soul of the Warrior retains all ownership in and good will associated with such trademarks and trade dress. Other trademarks used on the Site are the property of their respective owners.


Contributed Content  You hereby grant to Soul of the Warrior .com a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable royalty-free license, with the right of sublicense, to exercise all rights arising in copyright in any media now known or hereafter to become known, in any content (including without limitation any text, music, sound, photographs, video, images, illustrations, icons, graphics, and data) that you post on the Site or provide to us in connection with the Site (the "Contributed Content"). When submitting Contributed Content to Soul of the Warrior , you must not use a false name or email address or otherwise attempt to conceal the origin of your submission. You grant Soul of the Warrior .com the right to use, at its discretion, your name or other identifying information in connection with Contributed Content. You represent and warrant to and for the benefit of Soul of the Warrior .com that (i) you own or otherwise control all rights in the Contributed Content; (ii) the Contributed Content is accurate; (iii) the Contributed Content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party privacy or intellectual property rights; and (iv) the Contributed Content contains no material that is defamatory, obscene, vulgar, profane, harassing, or threatening. You agree to indemnify us for all claims arising from or related to Contributed Content. While Soul of the Warrior has no obligation to monitor Contributed Content, Soul of the Warrior reserves the right to edit or remove any Contributed Content we deem to be inappropriate.


Third-Party Content Soul of the Warrior .com is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and incorporated within the Content. We have no control over such third-party content, do not endorse it, and are not responsible for its completeness, accuracy or reliability. Any information, advice, opinions, or statements contained within such third-party content are attributable to the author of such content and not to Soul of the Warrior. While Soul of the Warrior has no obligation to monitor third-party content, Soul of the Warrior reserves the right to edit or remove any third-party content we deem to be inappropriate. Amendments and Corrections to Content  Soul of the Warrior .com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information appearing on the Site. The Site may contain errors and omissions relating to product description, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct or update errors or omissions and to change information at our discretion without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for a product in the event of an error or omission in the description of such product, including incorrect pricing information, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from our suppliers, or otherwise.


Placing Orders:  At this time, we accept orders worldwide. U.S. The risk of loss and title for all items ordered on Soul of the Warrior .com passes to you when Soul of the Warrior .com delivers the merchandise to the shipping carrier. Our shipping and handling policies are set forth in greater detail on the Shipping Information page. Sales tax is charged for orders being shipped to South Carolina. The amount of tax is 8.00% of your total order. Soul of the Warrior 's current payment procedures are described on the Payment Methods page. We reserve the right to change our billing and payment procedures at any time by posting the new procedures on the Site. Because Soul of the Warrior begins processing your order almost immediately after you place it, we cannot change or cancel an order once you submit it. All product returns are subject to the Soul of the Warrior .com return policy, available on the Flexible Returns page. 

 

Refunds are not available on custom orders or orders over 90 days old.
 

Special Offers Any special offers related to the Site, whether or not related to purchases on the Site, are subject to the particular terms and conditions (including time limitations) of such offers. Unless otherwise specified, you may use only one special offer in connection with a transaction.
 

User Responsibilities  You agree that all billing and registration information you provide on the Site will be accurate and complete. Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this TOU. For certain activities you conduct on the Site you will receive or have received an account name and a password. We retain ownership of your account and license it to you on a limited, nonexclusive basis for the duration of your account activation. It is solely your responsibility to keep your account information and password secure. You must not disclose your password to anyone except persons whom you have authorized to use your account, and

Promotional Messages We and/or third parties may, from time to time, send email messages to you containing advertisements and/or promotions. Limitation of Liability In no event will we, our affiliates, suppliers, service providers, or other third parties affiliated with us be liable for any indirect, incidental, extraordinary, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever (including without limitation those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or related services, the results of such services, or any information contained on the Site or in such services, whether such damages are based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not such party is advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability and the aggregate liability of any of our suppliers, service providers, or third-party affiliates, arising from or relating to this TOU (regardless of the form of action or claim, e.g., contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, negligence, malpractice, fraud or any other legal theory) is limited to one-hundred dollars ($100). Applicable law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and with all faults, and the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and effort is with you. Except for the express warranties explicitly provided herein, neither we nor our partners, providers, or affiliates make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site, the Content, any information made available by or through the Site, any goods or services purchased or obtained through the site, or any transactions entered into by use of or through the Site. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Site is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading of such material and/or data.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or through the Site shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.Violation of TOU Please also note that at any time, if we determine that you have abused or violated the letter or intent of any of these terms, conditions or guidelines, or any applicable law, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and all related services, initiate an investigation, remove materials from our servers, issue a warning, block any prohibited activity, and take any other responsive action. Users who violate this TOU may additionally incur criminal and/or civil liability.

 

Modifications Please note that we may change this TOU at any time by posting the modified TOU on the Site at www.Soul of the Warrior .com, or by otherwise notifying you of such change. Use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of all changes.


General The TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California as it is applied to contracts entered into by residents of the state of California. You also consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and waive all objections to venue in the state and federal courts in San Francisco County, California, and to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of the courts therein. If any provision(s) of the TOU is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties, with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. You and we agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this TOU or the Site must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such 
cause of action is permanently barred. The section titles in this TOU are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance. This TOU (including the Soul of the Warrior .com Privacy Policy and Secure Shopping Policy, incorporated herein by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. You may not assign this agreement to any other party


Policy for Claims of Infringement of Copyrighted Material  If you believe that material is posted on the Soul of the Warrior website in a manner than infringes your copyright, please notify us by providing the following information in writing to our Copyright Agent: 

1. A physical or electronic signature of the owner of the allegedly infringed copyright, or such owner's authorized representative. 2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at issue, a list of such works. 3. A description of the material on the Soul of the Warrior .com site that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. 4. The address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted. 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed. Privacy Policy.  This privacy policy explains how Soul of the Warrior collects, uses, and discloses the information of users of the www.Soul of the Warrior Website (the "Soul of the Warrior Website," or "our Website") and the Soul of the Warrior ISP Services ("the ISP Services"), which are administered by our partners and contractors. ("ISP Service Partners"). 
Important terms When reviewing any privacy policy on the Internet, you should be familiar with the terms "personally identifiable information" and "aggregate information." "Personally identifiable information" is any information that can be used to identify, contact, or locate you as an individual. Common examples are your name and email address. "Aggregate information" lumps your behavior or characteristics together with those of a group. For instance, we may let advertisers know that 50% of our users are over 35 without disclosing the personal information of any one individual.


Collecting your information  This section explains what information we collect through the Soul of the Warrior Website and ISP Services. Please note that we correlate and supplement this data with both aggregate and personally identifiable information gathered by other companies. For example, Kmart collects personally identifiable information and information relating to customer purchases in its retail stores, and then shares this information with us. Important: Children under the age of 18 should use our Website under the supervision of their parents or guardians.

Information collected through our Website  When you register for the Soul of the Warrior Website we collect personally identifiable information, including (but not limited to) your name, physical address, email address, phone numbers, and billing information. All of this information is mandatory; without it we will not register you. We also collect personally identifiable information through purchase forms, surveys, sweepstakes entries, emails we receive from you, and your other interactions with our Website. When you use our Website we may collect a variety of technical data, which we store in both aggregate and, if you are registered with Soul of the Warrior , personally identifiable forms. This data includes (but is not limited to) your IP address (a unique number that identifies your access account on the Internet), domain, and Web browser information. We may track the page you visited before coming to Soul of the Warrior , and the page you link to when you leave Soul of the Warrior , which of our pages you access, and how long you spend on each page.

The Soul of the Warrior Website may use "cookies," which are small pieces of information stored on your computer. Cookies let our Website recognize previous visitors to our web page, record a visitor's progress from page to page, and recall certain information a visitor entered previously. For instance, a cookie may store your password, or note that you're interested in electronics. You can choose to decline our cookies (e.g., by setting your 
browser to reject cookies), but if you do, some parts of the Soul of the Warrior website may not operate properly. We may also use tracking images and applets to collect the same information.

We allow third parties to collect aggregate and other anonymous information about our visitors through the Soul of the Warrior Website. Information collected through the ISP Services When you register for the ISP Services we collect personally identifiable information including (but not limited to) your name, home address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, birth date, gender, occupation, industry of employment, number of people in your household, the number of people in your household under 18, marital status, whether you own your residence, your current level of education, your household income, how you found out about our ISP Services, whether you shop at Soul of the Warrior , whether you are willing to make purchases over the Internet, your areas of interest, and whether you would like to be contacted in the future. We also collect personally identifiable information when you communicate with us by sending email messages or other correspondence, or when you submit online forms and other such items. 

When you use the ISP Services we collect a variety of technical data, which we store in both aggregate and personally identifiable form. This data includes (but is not limited to) (a) the sites you visit (by URL, or Universal Resource Locator) while on the ISP Services, the interactions you have with those sites, and the taskbar advertisements on which you click, and (b) usage information such as the telephone numbers from which and to which you dial into our ISP Services (including unsuccessful dial-in attempts), the time you spend online, and your IP address. Using your information  This section describes how we use and disclose the information we collect. We use aggregate information about your behavior and equipment to improve the performance of our Website and ISP Services, and to evaluate your reaction to the content and design of the Soul of the Warrior Website. We may use personally identifiable information to customize the content and layout of our Website's pages for you, to store your Soul of the Warrior account information, to record Website session information (such as items you have added to your shopping cart) order status, and to store your purchase history.

We don't sell your data to anyone for anything.

Security Any Soul of the Warrior Website and ISP Services accounts you may have are password-protected. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone. Neither Soul of the Warrior nor our ISP Service Partners will ever ask you for your password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email.


We have instituted security measures in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. In addition, we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our Website. We've also implemented industry standard security measures for our ISP.

Please keep in mind, however, that no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit using our Website or ISP Services, and you transmit such information at your own risk. Soul of the Warrior further does not assume responsibility for use or disclosure of your information that are the result of unauthorized or illegal access to our systems or those of our vendors or partners.

THIEVES:  In the event you steal from us, I reserve the right to tell the world about your thieving ways to include warnings about you, reporting to credit bureaus, copies to our attorney, etc.

To Inquire on an order:

WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING ORDERS AFTER WE DISCUSS THE STOCK, SHIPPING TIME, AND INVENTORY ISSUES.  Please tell us what you wish to order and we will update you on availability.  This is due to Price increases, significant backlogs, shipping delays, and such caused by the pandemic.

EMAIL US!  We are not a 24/7 operation.  Phone calls are not answered.  We may be able to IM or skype, but not on any known schedule.  PLEASE email us and include the WIX Shopping cart order number, date, and details (not the paypal transaction number, as ours is different.)

 

We are slow, but we do deliver!

 

Our repeat customers and friends know that we are caught in the grip of slow suppliers, customs inspections, real life interruptions, backlogs on custom gear, screwed up shipping addresses supplied by buyers, screwed up shipping addresses caused by us, and frankly... we are sometimes just plain slow.  But stick with us... we do deliver.  If you just can't wait we set up this page to deal with your return, refund, or cancellation.  The info is on the policies page too... but some folks don't want to read all that.

 

We ask that pending orders contact us every 30 days or so.  Allows us to be sure the order is intact and if it shipped it allows us to be sure it arrived!!  Tracks are only good for 90 days, so contacting as 6 months after an order is placed means it may be untrackable due to the time frame and may be genuinely lost, with all of us unable to see what happened or where.  as we are a very small company, tracking all our orders monthly (sometimes several hundred!) is impossible, but if you can help us by checking, we all win!  We want YOU to be pleased!

 

Email us. We will be in touch.  If it takes a few days, there is a reason for it, not ignoring you, but we are not in the shop every day as we are working extra hours at real world jobs due to the economy and slowdown.

 

Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellations:  When emailing about a return please include: order DATE, name and billing address & zip code and the EMAIL USED TO MAKE THE ORDER. Paypal order numbers are useless, as we cannot track them.  Orders over 90 days old and custom orders cannot be refunded.  Depending on where the items are in the supply chain, we can issue you store credit or allow you to change to in stock items.  

Generally no refunds or returns are available.  

 

1. ONLY UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash. Custom made items CANNOT be returned.  If there is a problem, with an item, please call.  We are not out to sell broken stuff.  Give us a chance to fix it.

2. ALL ITEMS RETURNED  FOR ANY REASON ARE SUBJECT to up to a 35% RESTOCKING FEE. 

3. Return authorization numbers must be obtained from RPG, for all items that are being returned for any reason. Products that are sent without a valid return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. 

4. Freight associated with returns for any reason is strictly the responsibility of the sender. FREIGHT PAID WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

5. Inspect your products carefully upon receipt. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 days of the original invoice ship date.  If a package is damaged, immediately notify your shipper.  If you received a UPS ship notice, and no package arrived in 14 days, IMMEDIATELY notify us so we can file a lost package claim with UPS.  If you wait months to tell us, the insurance may expire and the tracking number will no longer work (tracks expire every 90 days).

6. Products that are returned  that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense. If an item is returned that has been opened or used in any way it will be returned to you at your expense. 

7. RA #s are only valid for 7 days from issue date. After receiving your RA number you must send it item to us immediately. Any items received with an expired RA number will be returned at senders expense.

8. All paintball guns carried at RPG come with a factory warranty that ranges from 3 months to 18months. Any damaged/broken paintball guns need to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer of the gun.  Roman items are generally warranted to be free from major defects on arrival.  If its is broken, keep the packaging materials and notify the shipper and us ASAP.

9. There are no returns on SOTW/ RPG plans and parts kits. Due to ability to copy the plans and or acquire parts for yourself, we do not accept returns on plans or parts kits at all. Plans are sold for use by one person to build one launcher, and are protected by copyrights. Infringement of which will be prosecuted. Once again there are NO returns on parts and plans once received.

10. Custom work takes time. SOTW/RPG does not keep all its custom gear and weapons in stock, and we generally require 4-6 weeks for all custom orders, as well as 6-8 weeks for larger paintball guns and complicated custom orders. We do not rush orders, as we believe QUALITY is more important than QUANTITY. While we do our best to meet target dates and such, we cannot and will not guarantee work will be shipped before it is properly finished. We ask your understanding. Once parts are ordered for any custom system, no refund is possible. It may seem extreme, but each RPG/SOTW system is a work of hand made art in and of itself. We create some of the most accurate milsim products in the world, and you will love it when it arrives. We will not sacrifice quality for speed. If you want it tomorrow, order a Tippmann from a national company, or a gladius off ebay. If you want it to look awesome and be a work of milsim art, order from us.

11. Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted. You must have an RA number and a reason for return. Shipping and PAYPAL fees are not refundable.

12.  SOTW reserves the right to offer in store credits for refunded orders where we have already paid for the items in question and they cannot be returned by us to a supplier/maker. 

These policies may sound harsh, but SOTW is essentially a cottage industry of skilled artisans/craftsmen working as hard as possible. Expecting us to ship as quickly as a national chain is unrealistic and really unfair. Remember our motto, we are slow, but when it arrives you will say WOW!!!!

 

Order Cancellation/refunds.  Order cancellation and refunds are at the discretion of SOTW and are generally unavailable.  On custom orders, once we have ordered the parts (usually within 24 hours), the order cannot be cancelled.  We strive to work with our clients, especially when there are delays, but ultimate cancellation permission must come from the SOTW Cancellation Department (Ellen).  info@soulofthewarrior.com 

 

If the item has not shipped, we may issue a store credit at our discretion.  If the item has shipped, we must wait until it is returned to us.  If we ordered parts, we must cancel them or return them, and the client will be responsible for any costs associated with that. ALL PAYPAL ORDERS must be refunded THROUGH PAYPAL. The customer is responsible for maintaining a valid paypal account to receive the refund if necessary.

 

We do not send checks or money orders to refund paypal orders, as someone took advantage and forced a double refund on us that we could not fight. Sorry... honest folks pay the price for liars. 

 

These policies have been established to protect us from dishonoest folks, samplers, copiers, jerks, etc.  As you are probably not one of those, just email us and we'll work it out with you. 

Shipping Info and Backorder Contacts: Customers should check on backordered items at least once every 30 days to 90 days and should not wait more than 90 days to inquire about shipping and delivery as UPS tracking numbers expire after 90 days.  Shipments that were made and "lost" that are reported more than 90 days after the order or shipment date (whichever is later) will not be replaced or refunded.  This is because after that 90 days, SOTW can neither confirm or deny delivery, only that we shipped it, so we must ask the customer to take a bit of responsibility here.  Lost orders can take as long as SIX months to be returned to SOTW if they are found, the result being an extreme delay in your order.  We have had lost orders show up six months later and the customer never notified us the shipment did not arrive after the UPS notice was sent.  Calling us a year after the order to complain leaves usno recourse with the shipping companies, whose contractual obligations expire after 90 days.  We do send shipment notices, but find that they are very often caught by your SPAM filters.  Please be sure to allow emailed shipment notices from UPS.com as well as soulofthewarrior.com and rustyspaintballgear.com email addresses.  We recommend that you check in with us every 30 days for backorders.  We understand that delays are frustrating and we hate backorders even more than you, but we cannot have folks demanding a new product or second shipment two years later when the only proof of shipment we can get is our notes that the : Item Shipped XX Date-UPS).

 

ACTS OF GOD:  SOTW is not responsible for delays due to natural disasters, PANDEMICS, acts of God, or issues outside our control which delay the arrival of your order.  We will work with you as best as possible, but ocassionally hurricanes strike, airports close, volcanoes erupt, planes divert, Terrorists strike, earthquakes hit, power goes out, computers get fried (yes we have a UPS and surge thingy) etc.  Please do your best to be understanding when things like this happen, as many people are affected on a far greater scale than a late package delivery.

Inquiring about an order? 

 

We need at LEAST the DATE and EMAIL Address to track your order!

 

Please remember that we are getting old... and cannot remember every email or the details of what joe six pack@ alzheimers.com ordered!  When inquiring about an order, please include your REAL name, date or approximate date of the order, order number, email under which the order was placed, the 16 digit paypal transaction number is USELESS!!!, and a copy of the paypal shopping cart reciept, anything that will jog our memory or help us find your order.  If you do not have all that, send what you do. 

 

You would be amazed at the number of emails we get that say:  "Any news on my order?"  from a second email address with no info.  Give us some details please!-

 

Chargebacks/Disputes:

NOTIFY US FIRST!

 

Credit Card companies will allow users to dispute a charge, sometimes as long as six months after the charge is made.  We ask you to refrain from this sort of activity without at least notifying us of the problem (only seems fair right?).  These take 75-120 days to resolve and even longer to get your refund, because once initiated, we cannot refund to you until it is resolved through the credit card people, who can take money in about 2 seconds, but take a minimum of five weeks to send it back.  Even if you file the chargeback in error, it takes about five weeks to get the money back with you calling and complaining!!  (You can call and set a date for chargeback, if you do not call back and cancel it, it will automatically kick in!)  Therefore, chargebacks initiated against SOTW with no notice, email, or chance to allow us to refund you or at least offer an explanation for the delay will result in you being banned from future SOTW purchases and get you placed on the No Further Business list.  We take these very seriously because we have lost cases where we shipped the item, and the card company essentially stole the money back for someone despite having shipment proof.  This is not Roman Honor, fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me twice.... shame on me.  Give us a chance to explain or refund you.  Custom orders are generally not refundable and take time, and in most cases we have already paid for the item in advance, so doing a chargeback directly screws us... and we still end up with your item... usually within a week or two... and sell it to a legion member at cost.  So in that way, at least Leg VI guys get good stuff cheap I guess!

 

REMEMBER PLEASE:  Custom orders take time, often longer than we think, which is why we are VERY reluctant to provide firm dates!!!  This is something over which we have little or no control.  Please be PATIENT.  You will get what you ordered.  We are not Amazon.com and due to the hand made nature of our stuff, we never will be... but Amazon has trooper helms if waiting is not something you want to do...

 

Backorders:

 

Backorders can take a long time to arrive.  We have very little control over this.  Customs has also seriously stepped up inspections on Indian parcels since Mumbai in 2008, often resulting in multpile inspections (I think they like playing with the swords... one sword shipment got inspected 4 times).  Resulting in more delays.  Just because we cannot provide you with a date does not mean we will not ship!  We will deliver!!

No Further Business:

We have a little list of the folks who were rude to Ellen on the phone (making her cry=rude), unreasonably demanding, filed chargebacks with no notice, or flat out tried to defraud us.  These folks are put on the No Further Business list.  Until recently, no Romans had made that distinction... it was all rude paintballers...
