This candle lantern is crafted from blackened steel; a hinged door with a wire catch allow it to be opened and closed. A top ring allows it to be hung. The lantern is perforated with many patterned cut-outs - when a candle is lit within the lantern will project many swaying shadows upon the walls and ceiling.
